I didn't receive a confirmation email?

Check your spam! Even though we have a super cool email address name, sometimes it might end up there.

Returns

Can I return a product?

We do not currently accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please email support@palma-sol.com within 10 days of receiving your order and we will be glad to assist you!

Note that we operate on small runs, so exchanges are not typically possible. Please double check details like the size chart and dimensions that are provided – if you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out!

The customer is responsible for all of the return shipping costs, and we can only process the return once a new shipping invoice has been paid.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and if your order hasn't been shipped yet, we will cancel it.

Shipping

I didn't receive a confirmation email?

Check your spam! Even though we have a super cool email address name, sometimes it might end up there.

I inputed an invalid address. What do I do?

If we attempt to purchase a shipping label with an invalid address, we will contact you, and will not fulfill your order until a valid address is received.

If your order is returned due to an invalid address, you are responsible for covering the cost to reship the item to your correct address.

My package got lost, stolen, or damaged. What do I do?

Sometimes packages are scanned early when they are still in transit, so please give a few extra days to deem a package lost or stolen!

In the rare event that your order is lost, damaged, or stolen during the shipping process, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the items. We will gladly help you in any way we can, but once the package is shipped, we have the same information that you do.

Contacting your local post office, or USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 is the best way to get answers or recover your lost package!

What size are your clothes?

All our apparel are unisex! You can find a size guide on each product page. Please note that they are US sizes, therefore customers from the European should order the corresponding size.
